Return Policy

DAKmart proudly stands behind the quality brands we sell.

You may return any un-opened merchandise in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the total sales amount, LESS a 20% re-stocking fee, and the initial shipping charges. The item(s) must also be in new condition, packed in the original manufacturer’s box, and include all original packaging, manuals, and any accessories.

A Return Authorization # is required prior to shipping your package back to us.

We cannot accept any packages without a Return Authorization #. Any claims pertaining to a physically damaged item must be submitted by phone to our Claims Department (1-877-DAKMART ext. 231) within 3 business days of receipt.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, in less than perfect condition, missing parts, or without Return Authorization will be charged a Re-Stocking Fee at our discretion. If a package is returned to us as “un-deliverable� by our shipping carrier, and you choose not to have it re-shipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% re-stocking fee and the initial shipping charge.

How to Return an item

1. Contact Dakmart @ 1-877-DAKMART or email sales@dakmart.com for a Return Authorization (RA #)
2. Place the item in its original box with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Choose a secure box to ship the item with a copy of your order receipt. Clearly write your RA # outside the box.
3. Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer at their expense.
