Flexible Document Management with ScanSoft"s PaperPort Deluxe and TextBridge Pro OCR Software
Organize
Simply drag and drop your scanned documents to and from color-coded folders on your PaperPort Deluxe desktop to keep all of your documents and images organized.
Retrieve
SimpleSearch engine allows you to locate documents based on content, keywords, title, comments or creator. Background indexing uses PaperPort"s built-in OCR engine to add every word in a document to the search database.**
Edit
Drag and drop scanned documents on the word processor link at the bottom of the PaperPort Deluxe desktop and the included ScanSoft TextBridge OCR software automatically converts them into editable text. Page Mirror technology accurately reproduces your original page with text, graphics and tables right where they should be.
Distribute
Just drag a scanned document"s thumbnail to your fax or email link, select the recipient"s name from your address book, and eliminate costly overnight delivery charges.
